Sehr gut hat mir auch gefallen, dass die sonst oft getrennten - oder als sich gegenseitig ausschließende - Optionen von #Regulierung und #Medienkompetenz.vermittlung zusammen gedacht werden müssen. Das ist auch mein Eindruck. Kinder und Erwachsene digitalmündig zu machen, ist elementar wichtig - solange es aber keine sinnvolle Regulierung gibt (oder diese nicht umgesetzt wird), die dafür sorgt, dass im Netz niemand fertig gemacht wird, nützt die beste Medienkompetenz nur bedingt etwas...
Und was auch gesagt wurde, und ich wichtig finde für alle, die reflexhaft gegen Regulierung sind: wir haben ja bereits Regulierung, nämlich in der Form, dass den kommerziellen Plattformen z.B. das Haftungsprivileg gewährt wird. Auch ein Privileg ist ja nichts natürliches, sondern eine politische Entscheidung, die etwas reguliert.
