VISUAL SOUNDS - Audiovisuelle Performance für »visual piano«, Cello mit Live-Elektronik und Schlagwerk

weit! neue musik weingarten setzt seine Erkundung der Vielfalt gegenwärtiger Erscheinungen von Musik fort – und lädt euch zu einem außergewöhnlichen Erlebnis ein! Die Aula der Pädagogischen Hochschule Weingarten wird zum Schauplatz einer faszinierenden Performance, in der Musik sichtbar wird.

Der Lichtkünstler und visual piano-Virtuose Laurenz Theinert, der Cellist Fried Dähn und der Schlagzeuger Jürgen Grözinger erschaffen gemeinsam ein einmaliges Kunstwerk aus Klang und Licht. Ihre Improvisationen lassen Farben pulsieren, Melodien schweben und Rhythmen in visuellen Formen aufleuchten – ein intensives Zusammenspiel von Hören und Sehen, das euch in den Bann ziehen wird.

Time for a little #throwback, to when I joined #Wende Snijders on tour for her performance "De #Wildernis" through a project with the #NKK Netherlands Chamber Choir. Photos by Isabelle Renate la Poutré.

Next week I'm starting rehearsals for a similar kind of project with the NKK, this time with Naomi Velissariou. Called #Hardkoor, it's an impactful music theatre production about #burnout. We had a first performance at #Hollandfestival last year, which was a great success. Now we're taking it on tour in The #Netherlands and #Belgium, visiting #Utrecht, #Tilburg, #Arnhem, #Genk, #Den Haag, #Den Bosch, #Eindhoven, #Leeuwarden, #Rotterdam, #Groningen, #Amsterdam and #Brugge.
