Both cases of the #KneisnerM100 are fully closed and #TurboDOS system is running fine from HDD. Also I adjusted the monitor view sizes inside the the #TeleVideo VTI-912C terminal.

I’ve been packing, organizing, downsizing, in prep to move across town. I’m going from a 1 bedroom apartment all to myself to 2 bedrooms, some storage space in a garage, and a storage unit. There are some of the bins going to storage. I’m also rehomed about half my collection. Eventually this will all come with me to Colorado whenever it is that I’m able to move. Been taking pics of bins to have a basic idea of what I have in storage and thought I’d share some pics. #retrocomputing

I'm not really into old computers but if I ever got the chance and could afford to buy a Tandy PC-6 pocket computer, that still works, I certainly would.

I had a PC-6 during my apprenticeship in electronics from 1988 to 1990. It was a great little device.

If you're interested in #retrocomputing I've been experimenting with running my #RaspberryPi 3 as a console only (terminal) system to do modern work.

Browsing the web is possible with elinks, and I'm exploring different editors than just #vim including #micro which has a modern feel.

I'm able to write with markdown and view high quality PDF output (at the frame buffer) just like I normally would.

So the LC started restarting itself over and over as soon as it would bong. Turned it off. Now it doesn’t turn on. Fan and floppy start going, video wakes up the monitor but doesn’t send any video. PSU works in the LCII; LCII’s PSU doesn’t make any difference in LC. Ohhhh, old computers. #RetroComputing
