I'm trying to throw together a Complications system for PF2, and looking at the official Critical Fumbles deck for inspiration. No wonder people hate fumbles. Jesus F. Christ some of these are bad.

DM advice: A good approach to larger combats is to have enemy groups (all creatures with the same stat block) share a HP pool.

I.e. When you have 8 goblins, with 20 HP each, you instead use a collective pool with 160 HP. Every each time that pool is reduced by 20 HP, the goblin who took the damage, when that threshold was crossed, dies.

It's also useful if you have a lot of conjured / reanimated creatures to deal with.
