Trump nails the Dems.

Sad but true.

They still don't seem to get how the absence of coherent leadership and a personality to carry the message is doing them in. Boutique issues and bespoke leaders; no hammer, no nails.

move on, nothing to see here, all business as usual...

And 3 #TheAtlantic reporters were invited into the #ovaloffice this weekend, one was #JefferyGoldberg of #SignalGate. Like WTF, he hates them!

#Trump does these private talks as ✨ #distraction ✨

Because today Monday, they are ⭕removing all #civilservants who check Federal #votingrights 🥶

Maybe he assumes this #votersuppression will _not_ be top news this week

I hope #MarcElias will get on the news more

Although Caldwell is not as well known as other snr #Pentagon ofcls, he has played a critical role as an adviser to #Hegseth.
His importance was underscored in a leaked text chain on #Signal disclosed by #TheAtlantic.
In it, Hegseth named Caldwell as the best staff contact for the #NSC as it prepared for the launch of strikes against the Houthis.
Caldwell had drawn attention…for past views that critics have called #isolationist, but which advocates said sought to right-size America's priorities.

I love #TheAtlantic, even when it publishes well-written things I disagree with by authors I don't like, but every now and then it somehow lets some absurd moron write and publish something utterly dogshit, and this might be the second worst example of it I've seen: theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/

What the fuck is this? Absurd misrepresentation of inclusive language and some ludicrous misapprehension leading to the idea of the 'woke right'.

Last month, Nicholas Gilbert received delivery of #grain for the 1,400 cows he tends at his #dairy farm in #Potsdam, #NewYork, 20 miles from the #Ontario border. The feed came w/ a surprise #tariff of $2,200 tacked on. “We have small margins...I had a contracted price on that grain delivered to my barn. It was supposed to be so much per ton. & they added that tariff right on top because it comes from a #Canadian feed mill"

Mainstream US Media : Nothing Happened on April 5th - it was a boring day.

Reality: "Yesterday, more than 1,200 demonstrations were held across the country, described by organizers as a “National Day of Action,” against the policies and actions of President Donald Trump and Elon Musk."

Loomer speculated that Wong was responsible for adding #TheAtlantic’s #JeffreyGoldberg, to the group chat “on purpose as part of a foreign opp to embarrass the #Trump administration on behalf of China.”

[insane person]

…Loomer was seated directly across the desk from Trump. Seated next to her was Rep #ScottPerry, a PA congressman who was one of Trump’s biggest allies in his efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss. Perry had a separate list of staff concerns he wanted to discuss…
