Die Diskussion läuft schon lange, und es ist deswegen schon lange klar, dass die Konzern-abhängigen Medien eine Bedrohung für die freie Information (In Deutschland: Art. 5 GG) sind. Verfälschung, Steuerung, Shadow-Bans gibt es im Fediverse nicht, und sollte sich eine Instanz dazu versteigen, kann man ausweichen. Gerade die Kirchen sind darauf angewiesen, unabhängig zu bleiben. Da sind kaufmännische Rechnungen aus der Werbewirtschaft nicht angebracht. Das Renommee eines Accounts mag langsamer wachsen, es wächst aber nachhaltiger!

Aufruf an alle: Wenn ihr wollt, dass das Fediverse in allen Bereichen relevant bleibt, dann boostet, was nur geht!
