#RNZ has an article this morning on why feijoas are so much more popular in NZ than other countries. It sounds like they don’t make many fruit in most gardens in Australia, due to the cultivars planted (and presumably the climate).

The Brooks plum, Comice pear, and Bosc pear will bloom this year. They were planted last spring. Not sure if I can keep any fruit on the pears, but the plum should be able to support a few fruit.
