As a Dutch citizen our #dumb #jokes always had the #belgians as subject. This is a cultural mishap here in the Netherlands. I noticed that each country has it's own 'target' for these jokes. This is my attempt to set the record straight. Clearly the #americans are dumber. All our jokes should be about them.
