Wichtig ist nicht Arbeitszeit, sondern Arbeitsproduktivität! Eine 4-Tage-Woche ist sogar sehr oft viel produktiver als eine mit 5 Arbeitstagen. Die Arbeitsproduktivität steigt außerdem kontinuierlich!</p>
