ABC Feeds<p>Falling feed-ins and new export tariff frustrate solar customers<br>By James Wakelin</p><p>SA Power Networks has begun collecting an "export tariff" from energy retailers at the same time as many solar customers saw a reduction in their feed-in tariffs.
