I like to bake these until just the tops brown up a little then they're better when reheated for leftovers and not dried out.I use 300g water, 50g dry whole milk, 570g flour, 5 Tbsp butter, 70g sugar, 1 large egg, 2.5 tsp yeast, 1.5 tsp salt.
