Estelle Platini… 🧶Pour faire face à la catastrophe en cours, on peut s’équiper de deux concepts :"D’abord, la diminution de l’intensité carbone de l’économie. Concrètement, c’est ce qu’on fait avec les renouvelables. Parce qu’il y a besoin de back-up, parce que ça n’est pas non plus complètement décarboné, parce qu’elles alimentent en courant une économie qui dans sa matérialité même (acier, ciment, plastique) va dépendre du carbone pendant encore longtemps : une voiture électrique par exemple, ce n’est évidemment pas décarboné, même si cela diminue l’intensité carbone du transport. C’est évident. Pourquoi faut-il le préciser ? Parce que ça oblige à laisser sur la table la question de la taille de l’économie. "Et donc la deuxième notion, logiquement, c’est la décroissance, le démantèlement de certains espoirs, projets, dispositifs techniques. Il y a des choses qu’il va falloir réduire voire abandonner, et organiser cela. Et une fois qu’on a dit ça, c’est la question de la répartition qui réapparaît. Si on n’imagine pas un monde où tout va croître sans problème d’environnement, la question des inégalités revient de manière un peu plus brûlante. Tout ceci est fort banal, mais cela donne un autre sens politique à la question climatique.
