Buttersäure für die AfD!"Zurzeit sitzen etliche Antifaschist*innen in Haft, denen Angriffe auf Neonazis vorgeworfen werden. Unser Augenmerk liegt insbesondere auf der Situation von Zaid, denn ihm droht zeitnah im Rahmen des sog. Budapest-Komplex eine Ausweisung nach Ungarn. Schon durch die Erfahrungen der non-binären Antifaschist*in Maja, die im vergangenen Jahr nach Ungarn deportiert wurde, wissen wir um die menschenverachtenden Haftbedingungen vor Ort. In einem faschistischen System wie dem von Viktor Orbán ist für seine Gegner*innen kein fairer Prozess zu erwarten. ThomasIn Köln sitzt seit einigen Wochen Zaid. Er wurde auf Grundlage eines ungarischen EU-Haftbefehls inhaftiert. Die angespannte Stimmung verstärkte sich als solidarische Menschen beim Eintreten aus nächster Nähe abgefilmt, beschimpft und sogar bespuckt wurden. (...) Nach einer angespannten Wartezeit wurde Maja um 9:20 Uhr in den Saal geführt. Maja trug erneut Fesseln an Händen und Füßen sowie eine Leine und wurde von zwei schwer bewaffneten, vermummten Polizisten begleitet. Außerdem zeigt sie den Behörden, dass unsere Leute nicht isoliert sind, sondern viele Menschen hinter ihnen stehen, und dass das, was im Knast passiert, draußen wahrgenommen wird. Die Anweisung an die Generalstaatsanwaltschaft Berlin, eine Übergabe zu verhindern und die Rückführung zu erwirken, blieb folgenlos.Die Karlsruher Entscheidung sei juristisch "ein großer Erfolg", teilte Anwalt Richwin mit. Sie werde T. aber nicht ohne Weiteres aus der Isolationszelle führen. Er hoffe, dass die ungarischen Behörden jetzt zumindest Hafterleichterungen gewähren. Der Prozess solle am 21. Februar in Budapest beginnen. Gegen ein Geständnis ohne weitere Verhandlung seien 14 Jahre Haft angeboten worden, schilderte der Anwalt.
