grischaGerade höre ich in meinem täglichen News <a href="https://procial.tchncs.de/tags/Podcast" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Podcast</a> "15 Minunten, der <a href="https://procial.tchncs.de/tags/Tagesschau" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Tagesschau</a> Podcast", dass das Löschen von schlechten <a href="https://procial.tchncs.de/tags/Google" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Google</a> <a href="https://procial.tchncs.de/tags/Bewertungen" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Bewertungen</a> in der Tat inzwischen ein größeres Problem ist. Mir sind ja inzwischen 2 schlechte Kritiken weg gelöscht worden wegen angeblicher <a href="https://procial.tchncs.de/tags/Verleumdung" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Verleumdung</a>. Im Podcast wird berichtet, dass man Einspruch einlegen kann und sie dann evtl wieder kommen (aber nicht immer). Bei mir war das Problem noch nerviger: Mein <a href="https://procial.tchncs.de/tags/Einspruch" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Einspruch</a> mündete am Ende immer in der Frage eines Bots, welchen Kommentar ich denn löschen wolle. Mein Einspruch wurde also nicht mal korrekt "abgeheftet". Also: Auf auffällig gute Kritiken von Locations, die gar keine schlechten Bewertungen haben, kann man sich bei Google leider nicht verlassen. Das ist inzwischen echt ein Geschäft, ich hatte auch schon Kalt-Aquise SPAM Mails dazu in meinem SPAM Folder.. Ich bewerte da inzwischen gar nichts mehr. Weder gut noch schlecht. Das System bei denen ist mMn leider kaputt. Weiß nicht, ob automatisch oder von den Inhabern.. Die erste Meldung kam bei mir letztes Jahr. Bei meinem Kommentar hätte man evtl argumentieren können, dass ich da meine sehr schlechte Erfahrung in der Beschreibung vielleicht etwas zu sehr verallgemeinert hatte. Aber heute kam die nächste Meldung zu einem anderen Kommentar bei einem Bäcker, der mir nach einer Vorbestellung für Pfannkuchen zu Silvester dann einfach eine halb aufgetaute Packung von Aldi überreichte. Das ist halt tatsächlich passiert. Ich muss jetzt rechtfertigen, dass es keine Verleumdung ist. Beim letzten Mal ging dann ein automatisierter Eiertanz los, der damit endete, dass der Google Bot mich fragte, welchen Kommentar ich denn nun eigentlich löschen wolle.. 🤪 Auch diesmal wird es wohl wieder nix mit meinem Einspruch gegen diese Entscheidung. Also kann man wohl demnächst davon ausgehen, dass Locations evtl deutlich mehr negative Kritiken hätten, als sie aktuell zu haben scheinen..
