Mike In The Spring Garden<p>Me and <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://toot.wales/@druid" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>druid</span></a></span> went for a little lunchtime walk .</p><p><a href="https://toot.wales/tags/Nature" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Nature</span></a> has spent decades <a href="https://toot.wales/tags/reclaiming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>reclaiming</span></a> the land that was so utterly destroyed by those who sought maximum profit from our resources.</p><p>They polluted our rivers, they tipped their spoil anywhere, they killed all our trees.</p><p>But, thankfully, most of these stains are now all but gone.</p><p><a href="https://toot.wales/tags/Bluebells" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Bluebells</span></a> flower where once tar and oil poisoned the ground.</p><p><a href="https://toot.wales/tags/Birds" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Birds</span></a> are now the only song we now hear.</p><p>All hail the blessings and joys of the earth, rivers, and sky.</p>
