I know nothing about it, but I’m a little bit in love with this modernist pavilion on Rosemarkie Beach. The projecting roof plain supported on slim columns. The raised butterfly roof above, providing clerestory lighting to the loos. Carefully composed elevations of solid and glazed panels in different plains. A real architectural gem that appears to be well used and well liked! #modernistarchitecture
Here's a beach shelter on the front at Deal on England's south coast. A bit art-deco, a bit sci-fi and all #concrete.

We are privileged to be working on a series of important, individual house projects in and around Edinburgh. This one on the south side has been designed to take advantage of incredible views over Edinburgh and beyond afforded by its location. This very elegant, simple frame developed in association with @designengworkshop hints at the massing and intent of the architecture. More to follow as construction progresses. #modernistarchitecture #scottisharchitecture
The Motherwell Civic Centre complex. Designed by Peter L. Williams in a Modernist style, it was built in the 1960s. Love it or hate it, it certainly makes a statement!
The Met Tower in Central Glasgow. Designed by in a Modernist style by Peter Williams of Wyllie, Shanks and Underwood, it was constructed the 1960s as the main building for the Glasgow Metropolitan College. Often viewed as one of the city's ugliest buildings, for me it does have some elegance to it (but you do have to look rather hard to find it!).
