i'm SO effin' tired of customs charges that are unjustified. Just had to refuse a package because would have had to pay nearly 15 USD in customs fees for something that has virtually no value (other than sentimental). The bulk of the fee is a flat fee for customs getting involved in the first place, which is ... questionable. And the rest is unjustified.
