Sensor Watch Pro arrived last week for my Casio F-91W with the custom LCD and accelerometer board. Took about 20 minutes to install, including flashing firmware and unnecessary desoldering of a component from the original board.
Really like it so far, light is still relatively dim, but has the ability to set a custom color and not just green. Seems like the Second Movement firmware might have the ability to change the alarm chime to Zelda, Mario or others which I'll have to explore at some point.
The tap capability with the accelerometer board is really useful too, even if it's only working for the Countdown app currently.

Hoy toca un Casio LF-20W, lo que yo creo que es un intento de crear un clásico moderno que sustituya al insustituible F91W. Es un reloj que no me termina de entusiasmar, intenta hacer demasiado en poco espacio. La hora queda pequeña para mi gusto y el reloj analógico no aporta demasiado. El diseño me gusta pero unos pocos milímetros más no le sobraban.
Hoy en #miercolesderelojesdepulsera de relojes de pulsera toca un clasicazo icónico que además en mi caso fue el reloj que después de muchos años consiguió liberarme de la esclavitud del smartwatch. El Casio GW-M5610U, seguramente el G-Shock por antonomasia. Resiste lo que le eches, solar que acumula carga incluso a la luz de la bombilla más cutre (en tres años jamás he visto bajar la batería de High), radiocontrolado para estar siempre en hora y con las funciones básicas que necesitas en un reloj sin complicaciones innecesarias. Una joya que no debería faltar en ninguna colección.

I finally got around to getting an elastic strap for my G-Shock. My wrist has never fit the OEM bands which made the watch too uncomfortable to wear except when I was actually using it. Elastic bands are so much more comfortable that I've been wearing my watch all the time. The only downside is that the adapters are pretty small and I can't imagine they'll last. But I got a pack of three straps for $11 so...

Las complicaciones que tiene arriba son bastante inútiles a efectos prácticos, pero le dan mucho carisma al modelo. Cómodo, fiable, económico y de lectura fácil. ¿Qué más se puede pedir?

For those with an unhealthy interest in #watches you may not know that #Rolex was founded in #London as Wildorf and Davis, later on the name Rolex was registered. The company moved to #Switzerland some years after it was founded.
I would like to confirm, I have not and will probably never own a Rolex. I will stick to #Seiko and similar for now. Research salaries don't often stretch to a Rolex, but I may target a cheap #Casio in future to give the illusion of wealth.
