Got up, had breakfast, and went to the nature reserve by the local castle for a 5k run.
It was a slog. Slow pace (just under 8 minutes/km) and I still had to break to walk for a hundred metres or so at 2 and 4 km.
On the other hand, I did get out and go for a run, which is a win regardless of how fast I go.
After I got home, showered, rehydrated, and had some crisps, I settled down in front of the TV too play Zelda:TotK, which I still haven't finished.
I'll have a lazy #FathersDay today.

A Go-Kart Axle Bearing Table Lamp!
From the inventory of a go-kart track, we acquired several axle bearing mounts. We cleaned them thoroughly and transformed them into a tower using three threaded rods. The base is made from scrap wood, which we have environmentally friendly engraved with our laser! All electrical components, including the socket and wiring, are brand new and in perfect working order. The light within the tower casts a wonderful play of shadows! The ultimate gift for a motorsport fan!
