HOUSTON - The Houston Health Department (HHD) has confirmed the city’s third measles case of 2025. The case involves an unvaccinated infant who was exposed to measles during international travel. The infant was hospitalized and has since been discharged and is recovering at home.
This case is not connected to the measles outbreak in West Texas. This case is not related to the two earlier cases of measles reported in Houston in January 2025.

Went for an ultrasound on my foot today, with a hope they'd be able to drain the cyst and I could start #running again.
Unfortunately they decided it wasn't a cyst, rather some kind of benign nerve tumour. Gotta go back to GP for a referral to a surgeon.

I miss the times when #heath used to bloom mid-September (in fact, the Polish name for that month specifically refers to heath), and you could go to a heath without having to crowd with people going to seaside holidays. Also, the heath is like hell in the morning sun. And it's a bit early to visit.
