#Introductions: Back to #linguistics after 4 yrs.
I have recently decided to revamp my #workflow because I don't work well linearly, it has to be #chaotic and #non-linear, but #productive. Any #tips and #cheats for making an efficient #Zettelkasten with #Obsidian and somehow integrating #Zotero into the mix? +#LLMs maybe, but I don't know anything about coding. I only have a #gpt subscription. Boost welcome.

The human brain is bad at multitasking, so I try to avoid it. However, I do multitasking by setting several computers to do different kinds of work, and then I play Sudoku., or have dinner with my wife. So today I've done these things, all at the same time: copy two terabytes of data from one computer to another; copy 100 gigabytes of data from an optical drive to laptop SSD; compress a file that's tens of gigabytes into just a few.

#UBI #proposals are usually silent on this, but it needs to be answered. What's your say regarding...

Some people will choose not to do anything #productive, and be happy living on the UBI doing nothing but watching TV etc. I do not know the exact percentage of the populace that will choose #sloth, but I know for certain that it will not be #zero.

What does the rest of society do about this? Is the answer "Just accept some will #freeload and let them"?

If more firms followed this playbook and brought the U.S. closer to 2.2% growth, it could be worth $10 trillion in cumulative GDP by 2030.
